How fast will my little one’s shoes arrive? We offer three reliable shipping tiers across the USA to ensure those new shoes reach your doorstep right on time:

When will my order ship? Most orders are processed and ready for transit within 1-2 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as the package leaves our warehouse.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes? Yes, we ship to all residential and business addresses within the United States, including P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
SIZING & FIT
How do I find the right size for my child? Kids' feet grow fast! We highly recommend checking our Comprehensive Size Guide [Link] before ordering. If your child is between sizes, we generally suggest "sizing up" to allow room for growth and socks.
What if the shoes don't fit? Don't worry! We know how tricky sizing can be. Check our returns section below for how to exchange for a better fit.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your return policy? We want you and your child to love your Heir Heel shoes. We accept returns of unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging (including the shoe box) within 30 days of delivery.
How do I start a return? Simply email us at info@heirheel.myshopify.com with your order number. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged.
